As a SIGGRAPH 2016 exhibitor, you have access to a quota of Exhibit Hall Only guest passes for customers, or potential customers.

New this year!  Create your own VIP code for complimentary Exhibits Only Passes! 
Invite your customers and guesst to visit your booth. View a list of customers and guests who use your code to register.  The list will appear below your booth personnel list on your exhibitor company page.

Names and email addresses can be added manually for no charge or you can upload an Excel file ($250). Instructions are on the exhibitor company page and below:

Upload ($250 per list)

• Create your guest Excel file with 3 columns: First Name, Last Name, Email Address
• Save file to your desktop
• Go to Exhibitor Registration and login
• Create your own VIP code (must be 8 characters)
• Select upload list
• Click on Browse and select the Excel file saved to your desktop
• Continue
• You will see a file with your guest information; Continue
• Add credit card and process payment
• Submit
• Your guests will receive their invitations

Invite Guests Manually (No Charge)

• Create your own VIP code (must be 8 characters)
• Select Invite a Guest
• Add your name and your email address
• Add guest name and guest email address
• Select Send Invitation
• Your guest will receive an invitation
